leadership skills across industry

A proven leader, trusted in the Executive boardrooms of top International companies, Creston has developed experience, skills and disciplines which are rare in the world of football. Beginning his career with Training, Recruiting and Human Resources at Nordstrom (a renowned retail organization focused on Customer Satisfaction), Creston pivoted to Consulting and Leadership roles on technology deployments with global scope, multi-million dollar budgets, and large, complex project teams. Before joining Workday during its start-up phase, he led a global data analytics team, tasked with researching and presenting information to guide the strategic decisions of the Executive team at McKesson, a Fortune 15 company at the center of healthcare. During his time at McKesson, Creston had leadership roles on strategic projects to enable business transformation project and refine a high-volume merger and acquisition process. At Workday, Creston’s proudest achievements included leading the development of an elite organization with multiple tiers of management, gaining the strategic alignment of 300 product leads across 30 alliance partners, and having a direct strategic impact on the product, Creston moved to Japan to develop an office in the third largest economy in the world. Achieving success which made his current position obsolete, Creston decided to take a break and focus on his lifelong dream of coaching the game of soccer.

The common thread amongst these roles, is the success he demonstrated in bringing teams together to believe in themselves, their teammates, and the commitment to delivering success!
